Haje has a journalism degree and worked as a TV producer for many years. Along the way, he learned a thing or two about storytelling.
He’s written 20-something books, about photography, entrepreneurship, and pitching and fundraising. He even ghost-wrote a few books, but can’t tell you much about them. Suffice it to say: It’s relevant.
He writes about pitching and fundraising for the most popular Silicon Valley publication about VC and startups: TechCrunch. He’s written tons of content to help founders raise money, including 60+ ‘pitch deck teardowns,’ where he gives in-depth feedback on pitch decks that successfully raised money.
He was the director of portfolio for a San Francisco venture firm for a couple of years, helping the portfolio with all sorts of exciting things - including storytelling and fundraising.
